Tasty Weed: A Celebration of Poke Sallet
Do you think a festival celebrating a weed sounds odd to you?  It does to us so we checked it out.  The weed in question is poke sallet and it's used for food, ink, and even as a treatment for H.I.V.  You won't believe the process fans of poke sallet go through just to make it edible.  Check out this film about a unqiue group of people and a unique plant.
